If you’re having any issues finding the email from us, you can take the following steps:
Try ‘searching’ for our email address in your email system.
No matter what email system you use, you should have access to a ‘search’ bar. You can copy and paste this email address contact@seniorsdiscountclub.com.au, into your search bar to see if the email shows up.
Try checking the spam folder in your email system.
All email systems have spam folders, but they don’t always work the way we want them to. You can check your spam folder and see if there is an email from contact@seniorsdiscountclub.com.au in there. If it is, you can open the email and download the eBook from there and while you are there, you can also mark this email as ‘not spam’.
If you have a ‘Gmail’ email account, try these steps.
You can move us from your spam folder or ‘promotions’ tab to your ‘primary inbox’ so we aren’t lost in the other parts of your inbox. You can do this by following the steps below:
- If you’re on your phone: Hit the 3 dots in the top right corner, then click ‘Move to’, then click ‘Primary’
- If you’re on your computer: Press the ‘back’ button so you’re no longer in this email, then hold your click over the introduction of this email in your inbox. You should be able to then drag this email and ‘drop’ it into the ‘Primary’ tab near the top left of your screen.

If you use your ‘Apple mail app’ to check your emails, try these steps.
- Tap on our email address at the very top of this email (you can do this by seeing our email address next to the “From:” on mobile) and then click “Add to VIPs”
